There are a few negatives regarding our stay The beach chairs and umbrella were below standard Being older we were not able to use the chairs provided as they were too low to the ground and the umbrella was too small to get two people under it My sister rented the Happy Clam which was literally next door Her accommodations were FABULOUS They had beautiful Tommy Bahama high beach chairs with an upscale umbrella The amenities were far superior than ours My suggestion is that the owners upgrade the beach chairs and umbrella to accommodate older renters Would I rent this again Yes if they upgrade the beach accommodations, Great location to the beach and village Condo has more than you will need including a beach cart chairs boogie boards ect Bed was comfy Older condo but updated and well maintained The Broken Egg was wonderful for breakfast and it is literally on the corner of the street less than 12 a block Rip fire pizza was also great The beach is a short walk and is beautiful and a great place for pictures Enjoyed our stay very much, This apartment was the perfect location for our 8 day stay The apartment was around the corner from The Village and a 5 minute walk to the beach Check in and out process was really simple and we will definitely use Tropical Sands for future rentals, Village West is the perfect little condominium complex And Unit 101 was just right for us The complex isn39t too large has a nice pool is only a block or two from Siesta Key Village and two blocks from the quiet end of beautiful Siesta Key Beach, This is the perfect little place Nice accommodations and everything was clean and in working order 1 block from the middle of the village and 2 from the quieter end of the beach Family friendly We loved it, Love Village West Definitely the best location in SK Place was super clean and everything was super easy with picking up keys etc Pool area has been redone and is really nice as well My only recommendation for improvement would be to have at least one BBQ grill down in the expanded pool areaas we were hoping to grill some food one of the nights, the hot water heater had some water on the floor floor is stained so do not know what is going on thought you might want to knowNice place and great location, Siesta Key Village is one of our favorite short stay getaways This unit is perfect for short or long stays Everything well appointed and convenient to getting around the village Short walk to the beach or the many places of dining or entertainment The unit was very clean and nicely decorated The bed was very comfortable Neither too hard or too soft Unlike some units I have rented previously if you are cooking you will need to purchase or bring standard spices etc for cooking That being said I would highly recommend this unit Would definitely stay here again with future trips to this wonderful Village, The condo was clean and had everything we needed The complex is quiet despite being so close to everything The location cannot be beatbeach restaurants shops a quick walk away The only thing disappointing was there was just one beach chair that worked and it was quite old and tired We used a regular folding chair too but I39d recommend investing in 2 decent beach chairs Other than that everything was excellent and we hope to be back soon, You donrsquot need a car to enjoy the sunshine and beach because this location is a block and a half from the beach and less than that from Siesta Key Village where restaurants shops grocery and bars are easily within walking distance, We just love this condo It39s a spacious 1 bedroom very clean 5 minute walk to beach around the corner from all the best restaurants and bars has a pool and is very clean We39ve stayed here 2x and will do so again on our next Siesta Key visit, My wife and I had this unit for one week at the end of Oct 2018It was perfect for our needs Very close to both the beach and the village The pool area was very pleasant with sufficient loungers The unit was very well equipped and included chairs and loungers and umbrellas We would definitely go back to this unit, This was a long girls weekend and this unit was perfect
